Being fat does not increase your risk of disease, it is the unhealthy condition a body is in that increases that risk.
Hydrogenated and oxidized oils inhibit the function of our cells membranes causing our cells to be starved of oxygen, nutrients, and water.? Heart disease, cancer, and diabetes soon follow.
Food is information. ?It is food determines how you genes will be expressed. ?Give your genes the right information and you?up regulate genes that keep you healthy and dampen negative genes.
Your body has all of the correct?information to regenerate damaged cells, if your gut is constantly inflamed due to bad food and toxins you body is spending all of its regeneration energy their instead of healing other parts of our body.
